My first time in BA and after looking over all the available stay options I chose this hotel and loved staying here! The staff throughout were wonderful, welcoming, kind and very helpful first and foremost and really made the experience. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Recoleta and the surroundings. The neighbourhood has a lot of options for eating, drinking and shopping for treats or essentials (big supermarket open 24hrs nearby) The spa was most comfortable and welcome after a long day exploring, the room was very clean, extremely comfortable in every way. Breakfast was good, tasty and sets you up nicely for the day.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, with friendly staff and decent buffet breakfast included. The best part about it is its excellent location in Recoleta! We also were able, for a nominal fee, retain access to our room on the day of our departure, since our flight left at night. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it highly!

For a city hotel, compared to New York or London, the room size was truly exceptional. We only ate breakfast once but it was very good. Staff, especially Giselle, were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are very organized, well illuminated, and had power plugs for multiple standards. The hotel's SPA was amazing, with a good sauna and spectacular jacuzzi. The staff was very receptive. Unfortunately, I stayed there only one day before leaving Buenos Aires, but I hope to return in the future!
